Denver Lodo Loft Area

The Lodo neighborhood is a relatively newer Denver community in that the majority of lofts have been recently built, however there a plenty of older buildings that were converted to lofts as well. The neighborhood stretches from north of Coors Field south to the Pepsi Center and is bordered on the west by I-25 and to the East by Downtown Denver.

Several highlights of living in the Denver Lodo area are the close proximity to shops, restaurants and night life as well as the amazing views of Downtown and the Rocky Mts.

There is also the Confluence park which is especially popular during the hot summer days along with Denver's Central Park which fronts the Lodo area on the west side. Also, within walking distance is Elitch's, REI, the Children's Museum, Denver's Aquarium, Coors Field and Pepsi Center and the 16th street mall.

Lodo Lofts tend to range in the $300,000 to over 2 million dollar range depending on size and building. Two of the more popular Loft buildings in the area are the Glass House and the Waterside Lofts.
